Build-a-Board: Cheese & Charcuterie Plating & Pairing In-Person
No Fall gathering is complete without a cheese board! Join cheesemonger Kate from New Curds on the Block in Oakville CT for a hands-on evening of cheese and charcuterie, and learn some simple tips from a pro on how to select, plate, and pair cheese and charcuterie for the perfect party platter. Participants will get to assemble a cheese board from local cheeses and charcuterie, fresh and dried fruit, and other seasonal accoutrements. Please notify the Library of any allergies.
New Curds on the Block is an all-American cheese shop in Oakville, CT that carries exclusively cheeses made in the Northeast. Cheesemonger owner Kate Redin works directly with cheesemakers and farmers to source fresh and seasonal products to serve to you at peak deliciousness.
